Are you licensed or certified to provide these services in Italy
Yes, we are a team of competent professionals with degrees in engineering and architecture. We bring several years of experience to our services and are proudly registered in both the UK and Italy.

Do you physically visit the property
Yes, physical property visits are an integral part of our service, though their inclusion varies by package. While our Core (Market Compass) service provides remote analysis only, the Prime (Deep Dive) can include one focused physical site visit for critical insights. For Elite (Full Due Diligence), we comprehensively include and manage multiple on-site inspections.
